Original Mothers of Invention concert posters are painfully scarce to find in good condition. During the bulk of 1974 Frank Zappa achieved one of the most celebrated live incarnations of his band the Mothers. This period for the Mothers was in high drive with George Duke, and Their live shows featured an array of highly challenging instrumentals such as Echidna's Arf, Don't You Ever Wash That Thing? and the opening theme of Be-Bop Tango. This poster advertised a March 1974 Mothers show at the Terrace Ballroom in Salt Lake City, Utah. The late Neil Passey designed this beautiful artwork. Neil Passey was one of the most prolific artists in Salt Lake City from the late 60s and 70s. He created hundreds of music concert posters during his career. This is the FIRST time it is appearing in our auction!

Condition details: Pinholes in the corners, a series of eight creases on the right edge, light handling.
