The Bread and Roses is an organization that was founded by Mimi Farina-the sister of Joan Baez. She became inspired by the healing properties in the relationship between audience and performer. Bread and Roses was her way to bring music to shut-ins in prisons hospitals and convalescent homes.

This 1980 lineup featured greats like Neil Young, Van Morrison, BB King, Joni Mitchell, Kris Kristofferson and many more! This lot along with two others in this auction were carefully preserved by the same consignor and music fan that attended these shows 40+ years ago!
