This cardboard issue printed by Colby Poster advertised "Mega Jam II", an event featuring Barry White and Earth, Wind, and Fire! The show took place at Arrowhead pond in Anaheim in August 1982. Items featuring Barry White have been quite popular in our auctions as of late!
The historic Colby Poster Printing Company produced promotional material between 1948 and 2012 and they became legendary for their signature fluorescent inks and bold all-caps typography although none of the original staff had any formal design training. They were members of the letterpress union the screen printers union and the typesetters union.
Condition: soft corners.
