1968- The Ark – Flaming Groovies – PAE Graded Near Mint “89”

The Flaming Groovies one of America s most legendary cult bands played at the Ark in Berkeley on June 7 and 8 1967. For a sixties San Francisco band as important as The Groovies it’s odd that they were not frequent performers at the Fillmore and Avalon. Nonetheless their place in the history of Bay Area bands can not be denied.The poster is printed on heavy stock and measures 13” x 17 9/16”. The poster exhibits a bit of toning on the top edge and bottom left. There is also marker from someone’s attempt to color the poster There are no pin holes tears or missing paper. Very scarce poster.
