1967-Straight Theater – Charlie Musslewhite – PAE Graded Mint “95”

Blues harp player Charlie Musslewhite played a show at Haight Ashbury’s Straight Theater on October 27 and 28 1967. The Kinetic Event was advertised as a dance class. There was a period that the Straight Theater needed to pose as a dance school in order to get around not having a Dance Hall permit. This clever poster was designed as if to be a moving cut out doll a play on the kinetic themeThis original printing measures 17 ½ x 22 6/16” and is featured in the Art of Rock Plate # 2.222. This poster has a 1” corner bump that is only visible from the back. There are no tears holes creases tape pulls or missing paper. Super opportunity to own a piece of history.
