1993 BGP-73 Prince Bill Graham Civic Poster 9.8

This run of Prince shows in 1993 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium was promoting his Love Symbol Album, released the previous year after a dispute with Warner Brothers Records. It was conceived as a fantasy rock soap opera. This was Prince's first tour of the United States since 1988's Lovesexy Tour. The New Power Generation was Prince's backing band of musicians from 1990 to 2013. They debuted live during his "Nude" Tour in 1990, and in the studio on the 1991 Prince album "Diamonds and Pearls".
