This Globe cardboard poster announced The Dells' appearance for seven shows at the 20 Grand Driftwood Lounge in Detroit.The 20 Grand was one of the most famous nightclubs in Detroit from the 1950s through the 1970s, catering to black music fans in the city. Many of the most famous funk and R&B artists had residencies at the venue throughout its existence!
