1973 John Hartford Sycamore Island Cardboard Poster

This rare cardboard poster from 1973 was created to promote the appearance of the legendary John Hartford at Sycamore Island in Schwenksville, PA. Hartford was a master fiddle and banjo player who recorded more than 30 albums over his nearly 50-year career. His most successful tune was "Gentle on My Mind", a song released in 1967 and later covered by artists including Elvis and Frank Sinatra! Hartford is still celebrated and loved to this day by thousands of contemporary musicians and songwriters. This poster is 100% original wtih no restoration.
