We are thrilled to be offering this AMAZING original Birdland handbill announcing a month's worth of shows in January 1965! This included a residency from none other than the John Coltrane Quartet. This was just two years before Coltrane's untimely early death. This was also the final year that Birdland was open in its original location. It would be 20 years before the club reopened in a new location. This incredibly rare handbill is a piece of history that will not appear for sale anytime in the near future! 100% original with no restoration.
