1968- California Hall – Big Brother – PAE Graded Mint “93”

This concert that was billed as The Ancestral Spirit Festival and was apparently a Benefit for the Haight Ashbury Karmic Bail Fund. You gotta love the cause! Big Brother was the headliner at this one night event held at California Hall in May of 1968. This poster is a perfect example of a one shot poster done by an unknown artist. This poster just tells a story in itself.The poster is printed on heavy stock and measures 18” x 24 4/32”. The poster exhibits a 1/16” corner bump in the lower left and a touch of handling in the upper left. A bit of toning is present throughout as well. There are no pin holes tears or missing paper. A rare find for certain.
