Here is an extremely rare, boxing-style cardboard poster advertising The Impressions at the Baja Ballroom in Denver, Co on September 4th, 1970. This was likely at the tail end of the legendary Curtis Mayfield's tenure with the group. Mayfield left The Impressions that same year and would go on to release his debut solo LP in September 1970. However, he continued to write and produce music for the group. The Impressions continued to be successful throughout the 70s and 80s. This poster is 100% original with no restoration, and won't appear in our auction again anytime soon!
