This poster is the very first contribution to the Family Dog series by Victor Moscoso. The image features one of the famous Gargoyles that live atop Notre Dame De Paris.
Early Family Dog posters are among the most sought after issues by collectors due to their ultra low issue numbers and minuscule survival rates.
Not surprisingly this is the first and only FD11 to appear at public auction with CGC grading and authentication. This is a very pleasing example with good eye appeal. It is 100% Original with no restoration that usually plagues these early FD issue. The paper is completely intact with no nicks cuts or tears around the edges.
There are multiple pinholes corner bumps edge wear and light toning throughout that attests to it’s 50+ year old age and absence of restoration.
This poster has been signed by the artist Victor Moscoso.
