This lot includes a Certificate of Authenticity from RR Auctions Robert Eaton. RR Auctions a respected music auction house and independent autograph authentication company. The included documentation lists the catalog number from their auctions directly from Robert Eaton of R&R Enterprises.
The Grateful Dead's 12th studio album In The Dark was released on July 6th, 1987. It was the first studio album the band had released in six years, since Go To Heaven in 1980. The album featured what would become the band's only top 40 hit, Touch of Grey, which peaked at #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album itself went double platinum and peaked at #6 on the Billboard 200 chart! Many other great tunes in the Grateful Dead's songbook are also featured on In The Dark, including Hell in a Bucket and Throwing Stones.
