When real true blue art historians desire to exhibit a Classic 1960’s Psychedelic Concert Poster that epitomizes the “Sixties” this is the poster that is immediately chosen! The incredible lettering of the BG18 is widely considered to be the pinnacle of Wes Wilson’s achievement with the genre he invented and often shows up on the walls of major art museums.

This poster is a bargain hunter’s delight. It is DEAD MINT from the front but we can’t grade it Mint because it has a stain on the back that does not show through to the front. So if you want a really crisp poster with fresh bright colors and razor sharp corners this is for you. Of course there are no pinholes cuts nicks tears folds or restoration of any kind. A really attractive specimen!

Two similiar copies both also signed by Wilson appeared at auction in 2016. One with stains on the back like the present copy brought $1351 and the other in "excellent condition" and edge wear brought $1425.

This poster has been signed by the artist Wes Wilson.
