1964 Yardbirds Clapton Kingston Rag Week Poster

This vintage poster was produced to promote the Kingston Students Rag Week in 1964. This early piece features The Yardbirds, with Eric Clapton still in the band at this time. The run of shows were scheduled from October 17th through the 23rd at T.A. Hall in Kingston and included Dick Charlesworth, Ho-Dads and Zoot Money. Clapton would join John Mayall's Bluesbreakers about six months later. This is the first example of this rare poster to ever appear in our auction!
