Country Joe and The Fish were a ubiquitous Bay Area band in the 1960’s. The band played frequently in Berkeley and this performance was at UC Berkeley’s Pauley Ballroom. This poster is in pristine condition the same condition as the day it was produced just under 50 years ago.
We have been talking to a lot of collectors recently that are snapping up posters like this as they are seen as incredibly cheap bargains. You get a well-known San Francisco band with an attractive design from the 1960’s in perfect condition for a fraction of what you pay for the same type of poster from the Fillmore or Avalon.
