Here is an original Jazz era handbill in sparkling Museum Quality condition. In the world of jazz music, Count Basie stands out as a true icon from the 1950s. Later in the 60s he made a huge comeback when producer Quincy Jones arranged and conducted the album "This Time by Basie!" which launched the Count back onto the pop charts right before the British invasion. Also on this bill was the great Sarah Vaughan, Al Hibbler, Johnny Smith, Lester Young, Bud Powell and the East / West Jazz Septet.
