This item was produced by Phil Cushway from Artrock in 1991 as a gift for some of his customers. This was a very limited printing, which attempted to match the size & paper stock of the original. Less than 200 were produced. "Reprint 1991" was written in ink on the reverse when it was printed so that it could not be resold as an original.
