1967- Shrine Auditorium – Velvet Underground – PAE Graded Mint “95”

The incredibly influential and edgy Velvet Underground took the stage at The Shrine in Los Angeles in May of 1968. This rare black and white John Van Hammersveld Pinnacle poster includes a great illustration of this groundbreaking band in a whimsically light comic book style. The poster is bright and crisp and it measures 10 29/32” x 14 10/32”. This poster is illustrated in the “Art of Rock on page # 254 There are no tears holes creases tape pulls or missing paper. Just a small even band of toning at the bottom edge is the only flaw. The paper is in great shape overall. A rare opportunity to capture this scarce and important poster.
