Illustrator Ron Walotsky began his career in San Francisco art with the cover for the May 1967 edition of The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction. Walotsky received his formal art training at the School of Visual Arts in Brooklyn. He also produced several psychedelic headshop posters, book covers and many brochure paintings for the New York Science Fiction Book Club. This poster was distributed by Dream Merchants Sales Corp.
