This example is extremely fresh and very conservatively graded. The only flaw we can identify is a light trace of handling in the bottom left of the poster that is only visible from the back. This is just the second CGC graded Mint Condition example to Appear at public auction. The previous sale was a signed 9.8 example that realized $1063 0n 4/7/16.
