This vintage 1967 poster was produced by the great Peter Max featuring singer / songwriter Donovan. Artist Peter Max designed a series of fantastic Headshop posters during the late 60's, including this one here. Max was one of the most successful commercial artists of the era and popularized the imagery and color schemes that were created by the San Francisco poster artists. This poster is "52" in the series.
