1967 Satty Turn On Your Mind East Totem West Poster

This high quality condition headshop poster produced by East Totem West is titled "Turn On Your Mind" and features images of The Beatles behind a brilliant swirl designed by artist Wilfred Satty. The words "Relax and float down stream" under the title refer to the lyrics in the song Tomorrow Never Knows which was the last track on the Beatles Revolver album. The John Lennon song was written under the influence of the book "The Psychedelic Experience: A Manual Based on the Tibetan Book of the Dead" by Timothy Leary, Richard Alpert and Ralph Metzner. Wilfred Satty, Joe McHugh and East Totem West (ETW) were in the forefront of creating psychedelic posters purely for arts sake during the late sixties.
