This is an early Bill Graham Presents wholesale poster order form. Very Scarce catalog with posters up to BG 74 (7/31-8/5/67). Some of the earliest posters offered were being reprinted by mid 1967, but most of the numbers would still be original 1st printings that were being sold directly to distributors and stores in 1967. Fascinating BG collectible.
