This piece was created for the lineup of Foghat, Elvin Bishop, and Montrose playing at the Charlotte Park Center in Charlotte, NC on November 3, 1974. This was the same year that Foghat released their third and fourth studio albums, Energized and Rock and Roll Outlaws, both of which have become RIAA certified gold records.
