This Bill Graham piece featuring Paul McCartney & Wings at the legendary Cow Palace was a collaboration by some of the top poster artists of the era: Randy Tuten, Stanley Mouse, and the late great Alton Kelley.
These 2 shows were part of the Wings Over American Tour in 1976. The beginning of the American leg of the tour was delayed for nearly a month because lead guitarist Jimmy McCulloch broke his finger after slipping in a bathtub at a Paris hotel.
Some of the recordings from these shows were compiled for release on the triple live album "Wings over America" in December 1976.
Sir Paul continues rocking to this day, and will kick off a U.S. tour this month!
