1968 BG-111 Traffic Winterland Double Signed Poster 8

This poster is signed by both of the artists, Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley!

March 1968 must have been a great one at the Fillmore. On the heels of a two week residency by Cream San Francisco audiences got a taste of another amazing English group of the day. Traffic! This poster is a bit of an oddity in the series. It features a Bob Seidemann photograph of Mouse, Kelley, Griffin and others (including Seidemann) at the famed San Francisco amusement park Playland by the Beach striking a ridiculous pose. According to legend the simple block lettering design was a response to Bill Graham's request to the artists that the posters be made more readable.
