Original handbill featuring Maurice Chevalier at the Circle Star Theatre in 1966. The Circle Star Theatre in San Carlos was set up like a dinner theater when it first opened in the early 1960’s and was noted for being a theater in the round, featuring a rotating circular stage with none of its seats further than 50 feet from the stage. Material from this classic venue is highly sought after and has brought record setting prices in our auction over the years.
