This ONE OF A KIND original art by Bob Colllins was produced for the ALLDANCE #1 event at the Fillmore, hosted by The Charlatans, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Sopwith Camel and King Kong Light Machine on Friday, February 18, 1966. This is one of the earliest shows at the Fillmore. The concert took place the day before FD-1 and just one week before the famous King Kong Memorial Dance FD-2. This was a case of Bill Graham subletting the Fillmore space to an unrelated promoter, so this was not a BG production . It was a really tiny window of time where he did that, before monopolizing the Fillmore. The bottom of this piece also features the same famous design displayed on the popular Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, Benefit Show issue hosted by The Grateful Dead several months later at the same venue (AOR# 2.70). A rare piece of original artwork featuring a GREAT lineup of early quintessential SF bands, at a great moment, just 2 weeks after the BG-1 concerts.

Size 13 x 17 inches
