This early Wes Wilson design prominently displays large bubbly blue and orange lettering on a white background. Between the top of the bill and the ticketing information there is an orange monochromatic image of The Byrds. This show also featured the New Stage Company with a performance of The Dutchman as written by Le Roi Jones.

Eric King states in his guide that this RP-4 designated issue "was printed simultaneously with BG-28-RP-2 (the second printing) but was only recognized in recent years as a common variant". He also indicates that both variants he has seen are identical in size.

Original First Printings of this oversized poster in top condition can bring thousands of dollars. This reprint released shortly after the show but still over 50 years ago represents a more affordable way to acquire this fantastic and world famous work of art.
