This second printing poster released shortly after the show and still highly sought after represents a more affordable way to acquire this fantastic work of art. The famous FD14 Zig-Zag Man is one of the most iconic and celebrated concert images of the 1960s. It advertises a pair of concerts by Big Brother and The Holding Company and Quicksilver Messenger Service that took place at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco California on June 24-25 1966. These shows are some of the earliest for Big Brother that would showcase their new lead singer Janis Joplin who officially joined the band 2 weeks prior on June 4th. A legendary collaboration by Stanley Mouse and the late great Alton Kelley
