If you are looking to jump into this exciting market there is no place better to start. This lot features a super early 1966 poster from one of the most desirable venues and artists. The bill also features three of the most famous San Francisco bands. All of this is offered at a ridiculously cheap price! This beautiful floral design was Victor Moscoso‘s third poster for the Avalon and shows the artist developing his unique style. Moscoso was one of “The Big 5” San Francisco artists along with Wes Wilson Rick Griffin Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley. This is a classic SF lineup with Quicksilver Big Brother and Country Joe all on the same bill. This poster is in mind boggling virtually unimprovable Gem Condition featuring ultra clean crisp paper. There are also of course no pinholes tears nicks or folds of any kind. With its fresh color this poster looks like it was produced yesterday not 50 years ago. This is the second of two slightly different variations released before the show. Estimate $100-$200
