1984 The Clash Stockton Original Handbill

This original first printing handbill promotes a show The Clash performed at University of the Pacific's Spanos Center in early 1984, during their Out of Control tour. The band had just recently added several new members including Pete Howard on drums, Nick Sheppard and Vince White, both on guitars. The Clash were without a doubt a major leader in the British punk rock and New Wave movements of the late seventies and early eighties. Textured/woven paper. mounting adhesive residue (not sticky), stains, creases.
