1973 Grateful Dead Univ Indiana 2nd Printing Poster

This second printing poster offers the same great artwork as the original for just a fraction of the price! The poster was created for a Midwest performance by the Grateful Dead on their Winter 1973 tour. The show took place at the University of Iowa Fieldhouse on February 24th.

The fieldhouse was packed to the gills. The venue's max capacity was 10,000, and with over 8,000 tickets sold in advance, the remaining were sold that afternoon at the box office & sold out very quickly. The show was a memorable early '73 Dead concert, featuring a stellar early performance of “Eyes of the World” which made its premiere just a week earlier!
