This poster is the 11th in Victor Moscoso’s Neon Rose series. The poster promotes the appearance of the The Cloud in Stockton California. The Neon/Rose was Moscoso's personal venture in which he implemented the creation the sale and promotion of his work. Many of the posters were created for shows at the Matrix.
