We are pleased to a offer this historic Original Stage Crew Wristband for The Tubes concert on October 14th 1975 (venue unknown but most likely northeast US because they played at SUNY Buffalo State College in New York two days later). The group had just released their debut album a couple months prior. The Tubes first big hit from that record "White Punks on Dope" was an anthem of wretched excess and ridiculed the Hollywood kids of the rich and famous in LA.

About two years later they embarked on another successful American tour which included an appearance on the Cher TV Special. They briefly returned to Europe but the trip was cut short after Fee Waybill fell off stage and broke his leg. Nevertheless the band remained a powerful force in the rock music world of the late seventies as well as through the eighties. Deadheads are aware that original Tubes member Vince Welnick later replaced Brent Mydland on keyboards in 1990.
