PAE is pleased to present the FIRST example of this vintage original poster to ever appear in our auction! This Jerry Garcia Band poster was produced to advertise a 1976 concert at San Francisco's Orpheum Theatre. Garica played with the classic seventies lineup of Donna Godchaux Keith Godchaux John Kahn and Ron Tutt.
This concert was during a special era for Garcia - on the heels of his solo "Reflections" release and the Dead were rejuvenated after a hiatus from touring. Jerry loved all the opportunities in-between tours and studio projects to jump on stage with his old pal John Kahn and the rest of the crew as often as possible. The bottom line is: The JGB sounded fantastic in 1976!
