The front of this handbill advertises the grand reopening of the Old Waldorf Bar and Grill described as "one of San Francisco's oldest and favorite taverns" in July of 1974. The back of the handbill states "Excessive bail shall not be required" a quote from the eighth amendment to the U.S. constitution. Underneath this quote are a list of crimes that are said to have been committed by the U.S. government along with various protest sites and movements. At the bottom two bail bond agencies are listed; Jerry Barrish Bail Bonds and North Beach Bonds.
