This poster is signed by Nigel Waymouth one half of Hapshash & The Coloured Coat!
An amazing special blacklight Commemorative Edition poster that advertises Jimi Hendrix's appearance at the Saville Theatre in London on August 27th 1967. Supporting acts on the bill included Tomorrow featuring Keith West and the Crazy World of Arthur Brown. Also included on the poster are advertisements for shows in September of 1967 featuring Georgie Fame and Eric Burdon & The New Animals with Denny Lane & The Electric String Band. Interestingly enough Brian Epstein who leased the Saville Theatre and managed The Beatles died on the day this show was scheduled to take place.
This special edition poster is in incredible condition and features a signature from Nigel Waymouth one half of Hapshash & The Coloured Coat. The posters of Hapshash and the Coloured Coat are arguably the most attractive concert posters ever made. This poster glows nicely under a blacklight but is absolutely stunning on its own as well.
