This brilliant silkscreen blacklight poster exhibits Frank Zappa with the iconic Christ reference "Forgive Him Dear God For He Knows Not What He Does" and a peace symbol. It was produced in 1969 by Pro Arts Inc. Through his creativity rhythmic complexities and musical prowess with the Mothers during the late sixties - to his solo "Hot Rats" in 1969 Zappa's musical legacy had already reached several peaks even this early in his history. At this time heavy jazz influences satirical lyrics and extensive use of musique concrète (raw recorded sounds & everyday objects) was the norm and only the die-hard music lovers & fans really understood and "got it". This is a great poster. Classic Zappa vibe from the era.
