This is a VERY rare and often overlooked poster in the BG series. The New Years Eve show promoted by Bill Graham took place in Los Angeles at the Olympic Auditorium. Wolfgang Grajonca is Bill Graham's original birth name and the late great artist Bonnie MacLean created the art (also on BG-100) however the lettering & some slight graphic modifications were designed by an unknown artist. Many collectors need this issue to complete their BG numbered series.
