This form is Signed 3 times by the late great Keith Moon!
Here is an incredibly unique item the likes of which rarely appear in public auctions! This lot features a health plan claim form from The Who drummer Keith Moon's week-long hospital stay in August of 1976. Moon had been hospitalized from August 12th through August 19th for acute anxiety and depression. This double-sided health claim form lists this diagnosis along with the costs associated with the treatment that Moon received.
During this time The Who had been touring in support of their seventh studio album The Who by Numbers. After the tour commenced the band took a break from touring that lasted for more than a year partially due to Moon's poor health. This would end up being Moon's last tour with The Who before his death from a drug overdose on September 6th 1968. This is a one-of-a-kind collector's item that details a moment in the history of one of the greatest rock and roll bands of all time. Any collector would be lucky to get their hands on it!
