This is a rare black and white handbill for a show Jimi was scheduled to perform but it was cancelled. A couple months prior Hendrix was arrested at the Canadian border on drug charges. This resulted in Jimi channeling his energies into recording new material in the studio and thus he began to have visions of maybe owning his OWN recording studio – a plan which ultimately happened soon after.
