Here we have a super rare cardboard poster for a May 1963 show featuring The Coasters in Waterloo Iowa. Listed on the poster are several hits they had released since '57 like "Searchin' " "Yakety-Yak" "Charlie Brown" and more. This vintage piece was designed and printed by the Colby printing company with beautiful split-fountain colors. Their promotional material had a consistent and familiar appearance to them - as classic boxing style posters from the early days of rock n roll. Very few of these posters exist today because they were printed in extremely small quantities! Vintage cardboard concert posters are super popular and remain one of the most highly sought after type of concert memorabilia ever known.
