Presenting the first example of this long lost Avalon Ballroom Poster to ever appear in our auction. This litho printed original concert poster was created to quickly get the word out about a benefit show for the Traditional Indian Land and Life Committee on June 5th 1968. The listed lineup featured Kaleidoscope with David Lindley Pacific Gas & Electric L.A. Smog and Hunger.

The artist is unknown and it was printed on raw watercolor-type paper. This rustic poster is not part of the numbered Avalon series nor was it a Family Dog promoted event. We believe it falls in the timeline during the week between FD-121 and FD-122 however we cannot find any evidence about whether it was canceled or moved to another location. Nevertheless an extremely unique and rare piece of vintage Avalon history.
