Artist Bonnie MacLean's passing last year made headlines around the world due to her fabulous body of work and contribution to the hobby. This international recognition underscores the desirability of this lot. The BG-87 original poster from 1967 depicts the Roman God Mercury. It is a brilliant play on words used to advertise a Quicksilver show at the Fillmore. In November 2017 another 9.8 graded example reached $414 in our auction. Not a poster we see surface in our auctions regularly. SUPERB quality condition!
