| This is FIRST CGC graded example of this original handbill to ever appear at public auction. Scott Richardson's hard rock band SRC (The Scott Richard Case) performed around Detroit while later opening for several national and international artists like Jimi Hendrix The Who The Rolling Stones and Janis Joplin. They were featured at this 1967 run of shows at the Grande Ballroom along with the Buoys and other local acts. The Grande Ballroom series produced some of the finest imagery from the 1960’s music scene. In many cases promoter Russ Gibb chose to only produce postcards & handbills to promote events. There were NO KNOWN POSTERS PRODUCED FOR THIS EVENT. That being the case Grande HANDBILLS like this one have become some of the most highly sought after items by serious collectors.
