Among the first 30 of the Bill Graham series there are those issues that are “sleepers” and are under appreciated and then there are those issues that are already recognized as highly desirable ultra-desirable rarities. This piece is the latter! The incredible Herb Greene photo of the angelic Grace Slick is the centerpiece of this poster surrounded by the fabulous lettering of artist Wes Wilson. The poster was released on super thin paper that was easily damaged by the slightest mis-handling. This absolutely heart stopping example measures 13 11/16” x 21 3/32” and features all the credentials for addition in a “finest known” collection. There are no nicks cuts tears pinholes or restoration of any kind. The only flaw is a ¼” corner bump in the upper left hand corner that is only viewable from the reverse of the poster.
