| Dave Grohl’s Foo Fighters formed in the wake of Kurt Cobain’s death and the end of Nirvana. This Denver Fillmore modern poster promotes a 2003 Foo Fighters concert with graphics designed by contemporary poster artist Craig Howell. The Foo Fighters had released their 4th studio album "One by One" the year before. The band toured to support the album for over a year and a half beginning with a concert at the Los Angeles Wiltern Theatre in October. This concert months later at the Filllmore in Denver was part of a massive 2003 summer tour with Pete Yorn and Special Goodness in support. This is the FIRST example of this poster to appear in our auction!
