| This poster is from the legendary Ultrasounds Collection the most extensive and finest quality collection of concert posters from this era. This lot is amongst the first posters from the Ultrasounds Collection to be CGC authenticated and graded. The net proceeds of this lot will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Together we CAN end hunger. Based in North Carolina since 1981 the non-profit Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina annually distributes over 70 million pounds of food and household items throughout their 24 county service region. Here we have Cat Power and the Memphis Rhythm Band in the line up at the Moore Theatre in Seattle and this poster was produced by artist Mike King to promote the 2006 concert. The poster was produced by Mike King for hanging on telephone poles record store windows ticket agencies and coffee houses around town. King is widely regarded to be the most prolific concert poster artist of all time and the most important artist of this era. Very few of these low run issues remain available today.
